Subscription Program Terms


The West Coast Coffee Subscription Program includes any of our ground and whole bean coffes.

By ordering a Subscription, you agree to pay the applicable price and any shipping charges upon each auto-shipment date, until you terminate your Subscription in accordance with the Services.

Product Selection

Based on the Paid Services you select, you will receive recurring shipments of the specific coffee product(s) selected.

From time to time, some blends may become temporarily unavailable due to availability of our green coffee supply, supply chain issues, or other factors. In the event a coffee you have selected as part of a Subscription becomes unavailable, West Coast Coffee may at its sole and exclusive option elect to send you a substitute coffee, the price of which will not exceed the price of the originally specified product.

Product Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly based on your chosen subscription frequency at time of initial subscription. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday on the same day of the week on which the subscription originated. Subscriptions originated on weekends or holidays will ship on the first business day following the weekend or holiday and will auto-ship on the same weekday for the recurring frequency. Monthly subscriptions will be fulfilled on the same date of each month as the original subscription order. Bi-Monthly subscriptions will be fulfilled on the same date of every other month as the original subscription order. Quarterly subscriptions will be fulfilled on the last business day of each calendar quarter.

Pricing and Billing

Please note that if your Subscription includes a discounted price for a promotional period, once the promotional period expires, your Subscription will renew at the full price, including the 15% subscription discount. As such, if you purchase a Subscription, until such time as you terminate your Subscription, you hereby authorize, agree and assent to the automatic billing of your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts that are due. Your non-termination of a Subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Subscription. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially selected to sign up for the Subscription.

As part of this recurring Subscription, you will be charged the price listed on the West Coast Coffee website, for each tea item in your order, at the time each item is shipped.

Subscription Changes and Cancellations

Customers can easily edit or cancel their subscriptions within the My Account page of the West Coast Coffee website. Within this page customers can change the next shipment date. Shipment dates must be changed at least two (2) business days before the upcoming shipping date. Subscription orders must be cancelled or modified at least two (2) business days before the designated shipment date. Orders may not be cancelled or modified after an upcoming shipment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the “Cancel Subscription” button on the My Account page. Subscriptions cancelled after the scheduled subscription has been processed may still be shipped and will be charged the price listed on the West Coast Coffee website, for each coffee in your order, at the time each coffee item is shipped.
