Shipping and Return Policy

Our Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS for the 48 contiguous states and Alaska and Hawaii. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping for Standard (UPS Ground) Delivery (4-8 Business Days). All shipping rates are calculated AFTER discounts are applied to order volume.

  • $50.00 and Over*: Free Shipping

For standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii add $8.00.

Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.

Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Product Availability

Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. Orders for coffee blends that are not in inventory will be placed in our roasting schedule and will will ship within 5-6 business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(3-4 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 3-4 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 6-10 business days from the time you place your order.

Our Return Policy

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) — we want you to be 100% happy with your West Coast Coffee purchase. If you have received an order and you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will do our best to make things right. Simply send us an email within 30 days of receipt and our Customer Support team will be happy to help you.

A couple things to note:

Because coffee is a food product, it isn't going to be necessary to return it. If you’re not happy with your coffee, our Customer Support Team will offer to replace your purchase with a different blend or issue a refund for the purchase price, less shipping charges, to your original form of payment.
